The Po' boys are on special every Monday Tuesday! They've also got lunch specials as well. These are pretty filling for the price and you could even stretch it out into two meals if you wanted. Taste-wise it was decent but not spectacular. Their sweet potato fries ARE as good as they say though!

Wife and I came and had Po boy sandwiches. I had shrimp and she had blackend chicken. Both were really good and we were full! Great tasting food and big portions. Really funky spot. Will be back for sure.

Po'Boys are one of the best things ever. It isn't just the sandwich though, the sides with it are amazing and a shout out to the sweet potato fries for being one of the best, if not THE BEST in the city.Jalponeo jelly is also a guilty pleasure with the little biscuits that are given as an appetizer. I sometimes just eat it straight! Everything on the menu is divine - my review would be pages long if I went through each one. On top of great food, the atmosphere when dining-in is fantastic and feels so personal and friendly. Even with our current times with the pandemic, you are still treated as family and taken care of.

We have been here many times and are continually blown away at the quality and service! Second to none! This is my most favourite restaurant in the city! 10/10

After visiting this place over 10 years, the food is consistently delicious and the fries are as crispy as ever. The poboys are excellent and filling for lunch.

I have been here 3 times now and I love the atmosphere and the staff are always beyond fantastic, really the nicest people - I have held off doing a review because I wanted to give the the food a few chances - I have, and it crosses from "just not the way I would have done it" (the saddest Po Boy ever) to really not very good crab cakes.

Delicious food but watch out, VERY spicy. It's the kind of spice that sneaks up on you. The good thing is the portions are a good size, so you can take some home, and the spiciness mellows out nicely when you eat it the next day. Cool ambience and friendly service, bit pricey but worth it if you really want an authentic Cajun flavour.

I am out of words how delicious this place is. I'm waiting for someone to slap me as I surely must be in heaven. So fresh, so many new tastes masterfully combined into Philharmonic orchestra reaching every corner of my palate doing its magic. The staff is incredibly hard working, kind, enthused and attentive. This really is another Earth. Thank you!

Went out for a date night. The service was some of the best I recived. I was even a difficult customers trying to switch everything. The food was super good. Atmosphere excellent and the disco lemonade is a must

Amazing old school New Orleans style dining. Po Boys are the best north of the 49th. Staff is always friendly and everything is made in house.

Always a great meal. A must for those interested in something different. Great atmosphere and happy staff. They are the original sweet potato fried in Edmonton. Never had a bad meal or experience yet.

Fast service and reasonably priced. Has great food and a cute vibe. If you want some good food and drinks then this place is highly recommended but the jukeboxes dont work even if you put money in it which sort of sucks but overall worth it. Calamari is my favourite here.

This place is an icon and for very good reason. I've never been disappointed. And if you like sweet potato, then you're in for a treat because these are definitely the best sweet potato fries of all time. Did I mention they have chilli beer? And that it's delicious? And that they have growlers? Oh yes.I could go on and on, but really you just gotta eat here. It's really important that you do.

Atmosphere is great, service is fantastic, food is good and fairly expensive for what you get. Southern fried chicken was OK but had better but for $28, wouldn't have it again. Came once to check it out, don't think I would come again.

I really enjoy this restaurant, the customer service is always great and the food is always equally great. I love the pepper jelly that they serve. I also like the 1950's atmosphere, it's unique.The Po Boys are awesome and the sweet potato fries they serve them are one of the best fries I've ever had. This place is licensed as a bar so no minors are allowed.

Four times I've come here, four times I left very satisfied, friends included. Dadeo always brings their A game when it comes to Nawleans styled Po' boys, and not once have I tasted a decline in quality. Each meal comes with a buttermilk biscuit, and a fantastic side of jalapeno jelly they do themselves. I never saw the appeal, now I do. The restaurant has a ton of charm, reminiscent of old school diners from the 50's, with sound proofing roof tiles to boot. Try something new and see what the buzz is about. DaDeO is here to stay.

Really great little hole in the wall diner with excellent Southern comfort food. Crazy busy, try to make reservations, which we didn't. However they were able to seat us immediately if we didn't mind sitting at the bar which was actually a lot of fun. All the staff were nonstop moving but so friendly and the male bartender was really a lot of fun to talk to.And the food.... delightful. Best sweet potato fries I have EVER had, blackened chicken and catfish were so flavorful and tender. Everything was excellent and we will definitely be back to try the bananas Foster one day!

One of my favorite places in Edmonton to dine. Conveniently located on Whyte Ave! Would definitely come back when I get a chance. Good menu, friendly people. Love the vibe!

Came here on some really solid reccomedations and reviews. Had the fried oyster po boy and yam fries. The po boy tasted like the oysters had been sitting out in the sun all day. Didn't finish it. The yam fries were spectacular. But not enough to save the meal. Hopefully it was just a one off bad experience.

No minors allowed here. The staff are friendly and food is damn delicious. I would highly recommend trying the Gumbo and Corn bread!!

DaDeO was good. Very cool atmosphere. We had to wait awhile for our food but that was probably because we hit their rush. Can't believe I haven't discovered the restaurant sooner because it is a well known restaurant for Cajun food.

Love the Classic 50's ambience at Dadeo. Seafood Jambalaya and Fresh Oysters were yum!!! Both of us love seafood but we are not too fond of deep fried seafood, so these two dishes were perfect for us. Perfect seasoning on Jambalaya. We surely will be back to this place. Very friendly waiter as well!!

Came here 13 years later. Food is even better than I remember. Yam fries are incredible, get the upgrade.

The two different kinds of hot sauces that they have at the table are nice because they add flavor and heat not just heat. The food has lots of depth of flavor and is cooked very well where things are still juicy especially the fish. Portion sizes are a little small for the price and it does take the kitchen a while to cook your food. The starter biscuits are good but very small especially since the jalapeno jam that you get with it could be spread on 2-3 times more biscuits that you actually get.Service: Service is quick and the staff are friendly. They always make sure that your drinks are topped up.Atmosphere: Very chill and down tempo. Ambient and dimly lit gives it a nice cool vibe to the establishment. Reminds you of the princes and the frog movie at least it did for me.

Mucho Burrito has been one of my favorite place to go to before and after watching a movie by The Landing.I just love the nachos and the taco trio. It's a decent size and toppings were just right for a reasonable price.This is the spot I'm always been a fan of Mexican food but when I discovered this place and there delicious nachos that are affordable and have everything on them for a good price.

I'm actually from Texas, I have family and friends in New Orleans, and I would visit them all the time. The food they serve here is by far the worst imitation of Louisiana food I've ever had in my life. The majority of people who gave this place 5 stars, more than likely, has never actually been to Louisiana. I'm not here to disrespect the people that run this restaurant, they're probably nice people, but the food they serve is unacceptable. This is nowhere near New Orleans cuisine. You want real New Orleans cuisine, go to New Orleans!
